Please
- Give the priest at least six month notice before the date of your weeding.
- Undergo 5-6 sessions of marriage preparation course before the date of the wedding.
LIST OF PAPERS REQUIRED (see downloadable list below)
There is NO FEE for preparing you for your marriage and for the celebration of marriage, but your donation will be much appreciated.
The minimum donation for using Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church building for your wedding is normally a minimum donation of £50 (if you are not a regular parishioner). For regular parishioners it is FREE to use the Church building. Please remember this is a historic church, which needs constant repair and the funds for that are met solely by regular parishioners; apart form that we need to ensure heating and light for your very special day.
The Fee for the organist (if you need one) is £60.
